We all know the drill: In the workplace, an assertive woman who advocates for herself is labeled “aggressive” or “pushy,” while men are given a pat on the back for their confidence. In this class, psychologist and CoveyClub member Bonnie Wims will explore why women struggle with self-advocacy and negotation, and the key concerns that hold us back from playing big. You’ll get tools to help you prepare your negotiation and rethink your negative beliefs, so you can build a strong case and present it with confidence.
