Rebecca Contreras is currently the President & CEO of AvantGarde LLC (AG), a consulting firm she cofounded in 2011 which focuses on HR, organizational development, business operations, and technology. Her company has grown to over 110 employees spread all over the country and their offices in the Austin and Washington DC area have clients in 26 different government agencies. Rebecca is also an author and thought leader. She recently launched her new book LostGirl: From the Hood to the White House to Millionaire. |

Jane Enright is an ordinary person who has survived some extraordinary things. Micha Goebig
The founder & CEO of GO BIG COACHING, Micha Goebig primarily helps female professionals and founders in tech and other male-dominated spaces lead with confidence. Micha is a public speaker, certified coach and published author. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council as well as the lead presentation coach on the speaker team of TEDxSeattle. Before training as a coach, she founded, and still owns, a boutique agency – GO BIG COMMUNICATIONS – that specializes in corporate communications for the German luxury car and supplier industries, a field in which she has 20 years of experience as a communications expert, intercultural trainer and workshop host. Micha holds a master’s degree from the University of Munich, taught at several colleges in the USA and Germany, has published extensively (including a novel with RandomHouse), and trained with one of Germany’s leading executive coaches as well as Rich Litvin and others in the USA. |

Dana is a certified coach, positive psychology consultant, speaker and co-founder of Camp Reinvention where she shares her passion for helping women live courageously so they can build their dream and love their life. Dana is no stranger to reinvention herself as “middlescence” is when she finally listened to her heart and stopped “shoulding all over herself” to do the work that she loves today. Dana has been featured on hundreds of radio and television shows across the country and she speaks on topics related to mastering your mindset, optimal living, the habits of success, and creating the life and work you love. Dana lives in Madison, CT with her husband and their three teenage boys. |

Rozella Kennedy
Rozella (Rozie) Kennedy is the Founder and Owner of Brave Sis Project, which she describes as a “message and a movement of wellness and intercultural sisterhood.” Through publications, events, and lifestyle brand assets, Brave Sis uplifts impactful Women of Color in history across ethnicities as a way of fostering awareness, celebration, and creativity.
Over the years, Rozella has worked across the nonprofit spectrum, holding executive and fundraising roles in the arts, environmental, and social service sectors. And in her early career in media, she worked for magazines ranging from Paris Passion to Sports Illustrated, Mothering, and Oxygen.com. A proud graduate of NYC’s Brearley School, Rozie earned a double degree in English and French from Tufts University and completed her M.A. in French Caribbean Women’s Literature at the Université de Paris, Sorbonne. A Brave Sis adult activity book will be published by Workman Press in 2023, along with a second edition of the Journey-Journal and other activities. |
