As the Vice President of Programs at Upwardly Global, Rebecca and her team helped thousands of immigrants and refugees navigate the professional job search, despite many barriers, and successfully return to their careers in the U.S. In her HR work, she has interviewed many candidates and knows what makes individuals stand out.
