A consulting psychologist and trusted adviser to executives, boards, and investors, Beth’s 25-year career has converged to focus laser-like on creating value through leadership. In 2016, she co-founded Contemporary Leadership Services, which now includes four synergistic businesses: CL Advisors, the Institute for Contemporary Leadership, CL Digital, and CL Private Equity Co-Invest Fund. An expert on executive development and creating high performing teams, Beth co-edited the Handbook of Coaching in Organizations and is a frequent presenter and author.
As a twenty-three year veteran of the US Army, Jessica Dawson is committed to developing inclusive leaders by focusing on the social aspects surrounding individuals. She has presented at Duke University, the Kenan Institute for Ethics, the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the Association of the United States Army. Holding a Ph.D. in sociology, from Duke University, she brings cutting-edge research to her leader development program.
