Do you ever feel weighed down by a relentless inner critic, questioning your worth or holding you back from success? In this transformative workshop, clinical psychologist and mindfulness expert Dr. Tara Cousineau will guide you through the process of identifying, understanding, and reshaping your critical inner narratives. You’ll learn how to turn self-criticism into self-compassion, embrace your “good enough” self, and gain tools to thrive personally and professionally with confidence and ease. Through exercises like emotional freedom tapping, the Kindfulness tool, and Power Statements, you’ll develop a deeper awareness of your inner critic’s voice and learn to reframe it as an ally rather than an adversary. Dr. Cousineau’s compassionate and evidence-based approach, rooted in her extensive experience at Harvard University and her book The Perfectionist’s Dilemma, will inspire you to approach life’s challenges with renewed joy and self-assurance. With downloadable worksheets and practical techniques to take home, this workshop offers the foundation for a more balanced, fulfilled, and empowered life.
