About Cynthia

Today, Cynthia and staff develop and deliver leadership programs, workshops and coaching sessions for corporations, governmental organizations, universities and associations. Now through Exude U this time-tested wisdom is available to individuals and organizations both online and in group settings.

Cynthia has studied and applied these success principles for over 40 years and brings a customized approach for you and/or your organization to realize full potential. As founder and creator of Exude U, she leads our staff and mentors to provide programs that are truly transformational.

Her Career spans over 40 years and includes being a pioneer in the world of women executives at a Fortune 50, C-Suite executive at an INC 500 world-wide consulting company, Owner and founder of an environmental consulting firm, Owner of a transformational leadership development consulting firm, Associate Dean and top 50 funded researcher within academia, and Executive Director of a Non-profit focused on governmental leadership development, public engagement and health policy.

She is the author of several books on leadership, mentoring, systems thinking and over 20 peer-reviewed articles. She successfully administered numerous projects and grants totaling over 10 million focused on workforce development and health equity. She sits on the boards of several non-profits and business councils and serves her local community and the world through philanthropic efforts to improve health and education focused on children.

Lamberth is a PhD trained communication researcher, focused on public deliberation, risk communication and network analysis. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Kentucky and her bachelor’s in science in English and Communication from Wright State University.
